God's revelation of the endtimes Harvest
Exodus 31:1-11 (King James Version)
1And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: 3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.
In The Gospel of Luke, chapter nine, Jesus called His Disciples together and gave them power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. Thereafter, the Scriptures declare that He sent them to preach The Kingdom of God and heal the sick. In the next chapter, The Bible records the following:
Luke 10:1-2 (King James Version)
1After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
Jesus’ Words to His Disciples reveal a powerful truth to us––The Church––His royal priesthood; those whom God has chosen to disciple nations and expand The Body of Christ in these last days. Savior said, “The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few”. Jesus instructed His followers of His day, and we today, to “pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.” As it has been His practice, Father chooses to use precise resources to accomplish His will. We, the “few labourers” of His harvest, have been given specific gifts, skills and anointing to fulfill the purpose of building and expanding The Kingdom of God through teaching others (Discipleship). We see the Old Covenant pattern for this in our theme passage. After speaking with God, Moses conveyed this truth to the children of Israel and said:
Exodus 35:30-35 (King James Version)
30 And Moses said unto the children of Israel, See, the Lord hath called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah; 31 And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship; 32 And to devise curious works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 33 And in the cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of wood, to make any manner of cunning work. 34 And he hath put in his heart that he may teach, both he, and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.
GOD called Bezaleel to work on God's Tabernacle. This was God's divine plan to reveal and fulfill what He'd accomplish through The Lord Jesus; as both Bezaleel and The Lord Jesus descended from the tribe of Judah. GOD filled him with His own Spirit, in wisdom, understanding and in knowledge and all manner of workmanship. Lastly, GOD put in his heart the ability to teach; he and Aholiab––his partner. As The Church, God's New Covenant royal priesthood, we have been called by GOD to expand His Kingdom (The Body of Christ––the Tabernacle). Our Savior said to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: (Matthew 28: 19-20 KJV). God has filled us with His Holy Spirit; that we would receive His wisdom, understanding, knowledge and all manner of workmanship. Friend, through Holy Spirit, The Father has given us the ability to reach people through film and media technology. He has given us the ability to build structures and discover new and sustainable forms of energy. He has also given us His anointing to overcome sickness and disease through the teaching of His truths and the laying on of hands. Yes, as the Disciples did, we too have been given power and authority over all devils and to cure diseases. It is through God, that we have even received the ability to teach the truths of His righteousness and end the unrighteous forms of legislature and government around the world. These are all the things that He's given, that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). As He promised, God has also given us a new heart (Ezekiel 36:26-27). With this heart, we are able to disciple nations; to teach the world about the grace of The Father through faith in The Lord Jesus! And, how to partner together in unity; as it was with Bezaleel and Aholiab. Though The Father sent The Lord Jesus to save the world, He has sent us to expand His Kingdom, in the world. Jesus said:
John 15:14-16 (King James Version)
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. 16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Wherever you may be in your walk with The Lord today, know that He has called you, filled you and put in your heart the ability to teach others; just as He did with Bezaleel. Amazingly, the very things that God gifted Bezaleel to use in building the Tabernacle, Paul speaks of in his letter to the Church at Corinth.
1 Corinthians 3:10-17 (New Living Translation)
10 Because of God’s grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ. 12 Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw. 13 But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person’s work has any value. 14 If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward. 15 But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames. 16 Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you? 17 God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.
